We are considering revamping our Loyalty Points program. Our current default setting is to not have Loyalty Points expire. We have a set kickback percentage for each user who orders.
We also have an advocate program where they receive a set kickback for orders placed through their custom link. This kickback total is manually added to their account each month.
If we change the default setting to have Loyalty Points expire, can I still go into a user's account and add Loyalty Points that won't expire?
