I work with multiple vendors who send us tracking number for each shipment. Some times we have multiple tracking number for each item within a customers order. When i ship an item it puts all the items in the shipment. I add tracking numbers for additional shipments but i cant seem to assign a tracking number to each item. How is this done. You think you could select each item separately and then assign a tracking number to it. I am able to send the customer all of the tracking but it always shows all the items in one shipment. If I only ship one item out the customer will look at their order and think all went out.

If you are talking about BVC5, you can ship individual items. When you get to the shipping page, enter the number of items you are shipping in the last column, select the carrier and service, enter the tracking number, and then click on Ship Items or Ship By UPS.
