Hello,

We are setting up a site to sell digital music downloads.

We would like to assign multiple 'tracks' products to an 'album' product type, and allow multiple selections via a checkbox to place one or more into the cart.

We also have an issue with the link to the download not showing on the order confirmation page. It worked when we first tested, now the purchased tracks do not show...

I do not understand also, the combo box 'use a file that has been already uploaded' to assign an MP3 to a track product... The site will contain approx 3000 MP3s, how could we possibly select a track through this interface???

Any help is appreciatted,

Thank you,

Alex

You can use kitting in service pack 5.4 or the multi= parameter also in service pack 5.4 (available in September, in public beta now).

Should we expect the upgrade to be released EARLY in September?

Otherwise, we must find an alternative way to solve this issue, since this project its time sensitive.
( I've made a mistake of assuming Kitting was part of BV5 already, as it was announced on its initial release)

After realizing it wasn't we are trying to get it to work with related products.

Does BV provides custom development support, as stated in the site?

Tried to contact BV in two ocassions via the web form with no avail (no response)
Nowadays, its impossible to reach someone over the phone either :-(

.... What about my second concern about digital downloads set up?
A combo box that lists the digital products on the site, if you have 3000 of them, how would you asign a file to a product ??
