Hi Im trying to download our product list for manual import in to google base as the bv system does not support googlebase. the problem being that every time i try to export the file in the settings>export tab the system hangs as though there is too much info is there another way to get this info?? thanks Craig www.swinnertoncycles.co.uk

hey craig, http://forums.bvcommerce.com/default.aspx?f=84&m=43101download the import/export tool. it will write all your products to a CSV file which you could then modify from there. |

sorry the site is set up as a bv4 will this work with bv4??
Also when i export the file it will only take a copy wont it?? wit wont rip the products off the site

No, this tool does not work for BV4. I'm not sure if there is an import/export tool available for BV2004.
The BV5 tool will export the products and not delete them from the store. |
