Your Account Page - Editing the choices on left nav menu

Hello,
I'm attempting to edit the choices that display on the left navigation menu in the page that show "Order History". On this page, the left nav menu shows links that I would like to edit. I cannot seem to be able to get to this page either in the admin section or through VB.NET. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's in the controls folder in /BVModules/ and it's called MyAccountMenu.ascx.vb.
