I have a customer who swears his address is right. But the credit card transaction keeps coming back as

Authorize Warning: Transaction Declined - The transaction resulted in an AVS mismatch. The address provided does not match billing address of cardholder.
Response AVS: U
Response Code: 2
Response CVV2: M
Response Text: The transaction resulted in an AVS mismatch. The address provided does not match billing address of cardholder.

He is from Germany. I am using Authorize.net as the Gateway. Is there any other settings I need to do on my end?

Not all banks support AVS. It sounds like you have Authorize.net set to reject orders with an AVS mismatch, so if the bank doesn't return a value, you're rejecting the card. You might need to be less restrictive with your use of AVS.
