In the admin section I have UPS and US Postal Service. When they user checks shipping rates or checks out, it only shows US Postal Service.
Did I set something up wrong? |

UPS default agreements do not allow you to display real time rates of competitive services next to UPS real time rates. Contact UPS for details on this restriction.

You know that if you have both a UPS method and USPS method, it will show the USPS rate (which is what your site is doing now). If you remove the USPS method, it will show the UPS method. You could always use Structured Solutions' Shipping Rate Rule Providers to engineer whatever shipping configuration you like. It's an amazing product. |
