[3][/3] How can I configure my shop to hide all shipping options and don't let them appear in any page while processing the order? as my products don't need to be shipped.

Have you tried checking the "non-shipping product" checkbox for each of your products? If that still causes the shipping method to show during checkout, which I suspect it will, just create a shipping method that is free and call it "Free - No Shipping" or something like that. Yes, the customer will need to select it, but it shouldn't be too confusing. Ideally what you would do is customize the checkout so this is never shown.

Thanks Aaron...

I tried the first solution ,I went to the shop admin and marked my product as "non-shipping" product ,I tested it from the website and still asking about shipping information,so I went to the shop admin and went to the shipping section,added a shipping method that is free ($0 fee) ,I navigated back to the website and purchased the product ,and one of the pages asked me to provide my shipping address details and a radio button appeared with a text beside it "$0 shipping Fees,contact your store for details" something like that,

so I was wondering if there is anyway to hide the shipping form from the user or send him to the receipt page after he finishes the payment process?

Ahmed,

To remove the shipping address, you need to check the "Hide Shipping Address On Non-Shipping Orders" box on the Orders setting page (/BVAdmin/Configuration/Orders.aspx). I see there is also a checkbox for "Hide Shipping Controls On Non-Shipping Orders"...I haven't seen this one before but it may hide the shipping method as well. Give it a shot and let us know!

I configured the order options as you mentioned,I went through the buying process (I use paypal express as my payment method),after I finished the payment with paypal I was redirected to the checkout page and it's still asking me to fill my shipping information although my products are set to "non shipping" products.

so is this issue is related to using paypal as a payment method ? in other words,is supplying shipping information mandatory when I use paypal express payment method ?

<BR clear=all>

Thanks
Aaron
