I need to force my shop customers to login/register before they purchase products from my store in order to get back to their products that they've purchased and download it any time.
I use Paypal Express Checkout,& I used the private store option ,it forced the user to login but if he is a new user he must contact the site admin in order to create an account ,and I don't want that to happen ,I just want him to easily register using the registration controls (register instantly) without the step that the admin have to check on him(register then login directly).
so is there any configurations for this scenario I can do at the backend of bvcommerce shop ?

Add the "require login before checkout" step to your "checkout selected" workflow.
