I am having trouble getting shipping to work on our site. It is currently in testing mode and ready to launch tomorrow evening. Right now no shipping options are showing in the cart even though I have set up a FedEx account and a USPS shipping method. I am getting the following comment when I click the "shipping rates" button "$0.00 - To Be Determined. Contact Store for Details". How do I fix this? www.alcclife.org/store

Well to update my problem, I realized I had not put in an address for the store for Fedex and USPS to calculate shipping by. I fixed this and now USPS is showing up as a shipping option. However FedEx is still not showing as an option. Maybe I am missing another setting in the store. Anyone have any ideas?

After further searching through the blog, I found a suggestion to place FedEx in Diagnostic mode and check "Options" "Event Logs". In the event log is showed that the account number was not correct. The FedEx account had been entered with dashes, I needed to remove these. After this the shipping now shows, problem solved. Hope this helps others.
