How do I issue a gift certificate to only one person that can only be used one time?

Gift certificates can only be used by one person, though they can be used multiple times by the same person if their balance is not depleted. You can also create coupon codes (for discounts, though the discount can be a fixed amount) that can only be used once per customer. |
