I would like to batch edit some product prices. However, I want to raise my Site Price to be a percentage above Site Cost. For example, I want to batch edit all products types named "EKGs" to have a 15% markup above cost.

Would need a coder to program it for you. Not built in.

thats what I thought. will have to look in to it more. Nice feature to have especially when you base your markup off cost.

Yep, I have a site I work on that sells Ammunition which is very competitive pricing like many other products.
We have to be able to adjust all ammo prices on the fly sometimes multiple times during the day.
Short video of how I am doing this below. Imagine you could do the same with SKU prefix or looking for some other attribute of the product.

That's pretty cool kman. assuming that you are using a Product Type, Manufacturer assignment and then a custom option?

Yeah, a number of ways you can figure out your filtering. Perhaps a dropdown of product types or as Bryan mentioned using his custom sku's .. This might be a good addition for BV to integrate into futures. I think many would find it a good thing to be able to update pricing on the fly, sales etc.

On the product batch edit page: Adding a item to the site price dropdown menu: "percentage above cost". Looks to be in the core. but with the batch edit page you atleast filter by keyword, product type etc.
