This update includes several bug fixes and adds support for the creation of inventory items in QuickBooks as well as the ability to send inventory levels from QuickBooks to BV Commerce. OrderExport customers can download the new version from the "My Account" section of the store at http://www.bvsoftware.com/store

I have a question on the Connector: I need to get this -- how easy is it to run test imports and delete info in QB if necessary? Or should I set up a dummy QB file to test with? I do'nt want it to interfere with my current QB store file that I have running with my current cart. |

Hi Joe,
Though it is completely possible to delete invoices, payments and items out of QuickBooks, I find that it is much easier to set up a new test store (or multiple test stores). The QuickBooks store wizard takes all of about two minutes to complete, and this will assure you that your live store records will not be affected when bringing over tests orders. I currently have about twenty test stores, and it has been a real life saver.
Thanks, |

Thanks Everett -- you are probably correct -- easier to delete one test store when I'm done. |
