I have migrated everything over but nothing was put into categories. |

When I check the box that says delete all first, I look at the log and nothing was deleted prior to the migration |

Update:
I manually deleted everything out and then remigrated. They are all in the correct categories.
I am guessing this should have been easier but I didn't have the time to wait. |
