Heya Is anyone else having a problem with the exporter not transfering the Company field from an address to the address in Quick Books? Any idea how to fix it? We're using connector 3.11 and BV5.. though would be interested in upgrading the connector if the sales tax problem ever got fixed Thanks a bunch, Randal Web Developer www.mikestools.com

Contact support. We have version 3.13 which might resolve this issue for you.

Thanks for the reply
Problems persist in 3.13 as well :(
Wonder if the problem is with BV5, Connector, or Quickbooks... wish source was available for BV Connector but I'm sure Intuit wouldn't like that

I use 3.11 and 3.13 on another machine. I cannot replicate the company name not flowing or 2 different sites. I would think the error is elsewhere. Are you sure you have "Use company name if available" checked? |

I use Export 3.10 and I cannot import the company name either as long as First Name, Last Name exists. |
