Will we be able to download SP3 display Files. All I have access to are dll Project files.

When you log into the store you should see several files in the order history section. What file did you download?

I downloaded both sp3 versions (full and developer pak). I don't see any display source files.

Display source files are included in the full build. You'll need to install the full build to get a copy of the display source. Then you can use the developer pack file to compile the core dll if needed.

There is no issue other than needing to clarify where to locate the display source files. They are included in the main download of the software. The developer pack only include the ADDITIONAL files needed to compile the core DLLs.
I'll see if we can put together some updated instructions for the latest SP3 builds and VS2005 / VS2008.
