We purchased the QB connector, downloaded it and are trying to get it going. According to the manual (and Noah at Resposio, our developer), there should have been a set of files to copy to the site. We do not appear to have those in the zip file. Where do we get these files? We really need to get this going. Thanks!

With BV Commerce 2004 and BV Commerce 5 you do not need to upload any files to the web site. Those files were only for BV Commerce 2.

Make sure you have the correct version of BV Commerce selected under the Options->BV Version tab in the export tool.

Don't forget to transfer your data to the open QB file.
