I could sure use such a manual if it existed. I see a download file for SP3.2, a Patch file for SP3.2, and my CoreSource, which contains all zero byte size files (no content at all other than folder names).
I wonder what I'm supposed to do with these files. I admit to being clueless but turn to this forum in hopes of very basic instructions (I know how to download and unzip the files but not much else).

If you're using a preferred hosting solutions provider, they should be able to take care of it for you. |

We also had trouble going to 5.3.2. When we run the installer, we get a message that our installation is not sp1 or newer. We have sp2 so can't figure why we get this error. Has anyone had this problem and figured it out?
