I know it is a bit off topic..any suggestion on a QuickBooks report builder to pull data out of QB into Excel?

Not sure if this will help:
I pull data out of Quickbooks using the built-in Quickbooks Excel Function.

Thanks Rudy,

I do use that as well for most things however, oddly enough, there is data that QB doesn't extract to excel via the built in reports that is it has relating in its tables to orders. For example, using order Export to bring in BV orders brings in the order data plus the choices and modifiers. When exporting, the default excel report truncates the item descriotion field and doesn't give all the details.

Thanks,

Derek

Most of the QuickBooks reports have an "Export to Excel" option now.
