FedEx Services Update for BV Commerce 5.4 -> 5.7

If you have an older version of BV Commerce 5.4 through 5.7 you can use this patch to upgrade your FedEx services to the latest version. NOTE: We highly recommend that you upgrade to 5.8 and use that patch instead but if that is not possible for your store this one may be the best alternative. This is great that's available for these past versions. We've been having a lot of trouble with some upgrades to 5.8, so we may hold off upgrading our other sites until a full upgrade to merchant tribe.
Any chance you could provide the fedex patch for BVC 5.3.2 also? Or would this one also work for that?
