Showing Inventory Levels & Removing Out of Stock Choices

In customizing the Product Pages, I'm wondering if it is possible to:
1. Show customers the inventory level available
2. Remove product choices that have been depleted from inventory -- they accurately are not being allowed to add to cart but the "item out of stock" message is easy to miss.

As far as showing inventory levels available Everett just did that for me. http://forums.bvcommerce.com/de...lt.aspx?f=79&m=45277You can always set the inventory to Remove from Store when out of stock but it may not work unless the whole product is out of stock rather then just a choice. Bob Noble

Thanks Bob,
That's a great fix for showing the inventory levels! That is a big plus for me.
I want customers to be able to backorder some items, but I want them to *know* they are backordering them so that there aren't any surprises. And on top of that, if you select to remove, I'm not sure that removes just the product choice that is out of stock.
