I've gone through every theme that comes with BVC5 and none of the themes will show a logo that has been uploaded on the "store information" page. I've opened up the header.ascx files and all of the css files as well as the master pages and there is no placeholder for the logo. What code needs to be added for this to work? I assume that bvc5 should have an image control that would display the logo indicated in its database. I can't believe it's not there.

I'm working on the same exact thing today(just a few hours behind you) and having the same exact problem. Do any of the supplied themes reference a logo? Are we supposed to be adding html in the header.ascx file? Is there something in the store admin that we are supposed to be do other than uploading the logo? I'm stumped too! If you find out the solution, please post under this thread..I will do the same.

None of the bundled themes have support for the logo, and I'm not sure offhand what code you'd use to reference the logo set in the admin. You can use CSS image replacement, which is a good thing for keeping a store name h1 for the search engine spiders.
I would recommend using HTML to add the image to your theme's header.ascx. The store logo that you upload via the admin is great for things like your order emails, etc., but often you'll want to use a different image to better work with your theme. |

No problem.
The Fresh Start BVC5 theme is on hold for a couple months. Currently looking for a planet that offers more time in a given day. :-) |

Well, a day on Venus has a length of 243 Earth days. But you and your computer would melt and the food is terrible.
You could go to Antarctica where the day should be just beginning and lasts for about the next 6 months. Then up to the Arctic next Summer (Norway or Sweden would be better) where the day would be long. |
