Need help integrating an image hover popup on each product thumbnail.

I'm running BVCommerce2004 and need some direction on how to make a popup image appear as I hover over thumbnails of each product on the category page. Similar to istockphoto.com... http://www.istockphoto.c...action=file&text=car I know they use a complex javascript function to implement that but i've seen some simple css based image popups. Can anyone help me with this? Is there a possible plugin for this? Thx in advance.

You would have a difficult time doing this without some javascript and VB.Net knowledge, but it is possible. I've done some things like it in BVC5.
It would be easiest to pick a js library (Prototype, Mootools, Jquery, etc.) that you're comfortable with and go from there. Either way, you're going to have a much more difficult time of it in BVC2004 than in BVC5, I'd imagine. |
