I see a "maximum order quantity" and "allow 0 dollar orders" under admin/options/orders and a "minimum quantity" for each product.
There isn't a "minimum order amount" that I can find. Why do you need it? |

It isn't there and I can only assume by design. I can't answer for BV as to why it isn't there and I don't know why it was there for BV2004. What did you use it for? Minimum credit card amount?
