Order.OrderDiscounts - how does this work?

Marcus,
I have a product with RTSP of $200 (Product.ListPrice) and my sale price of: $150 (Product.SitePrice).
I add then product to the cart and the price in the cart is $150 (correct).
However the Order.OrderDiscounts property is zero. Shouldn't it be $50?
If not: why not and how can I get that $50 the difference between list price and site price in the order?
Thank you,
Corneliu. |

order.orderdiscounts is for the marketing/discount (also called offers).
Where do you want the difference to show up? Each product has a listprice and a siteprice that you can "do the math" to get the difference. |

I want the difference to show up in the cart and I hoped I don't have to calculate it myself ;) |

In Cart.aspx.vb check out line 36, it looks like it is checking the Basket.OrderDiscounts and then displaying the discount amounts. Are you not seeing this behavior on the cart page? |
