I can not get UPS shipping to work. I am registered with UPS and everything is filled out inlcuding the registration. When I go to check shipping prices or checkout, it just says $0.00 - To Be Determined. Contact Store for Details.


Any help?

Hey Bryan. Did you fill out the stores information under Content > Store Info? Make sure you use a physical address.

Also make sure your product has a weight or dimension.

i bet it is the store info... i thought that would of transfered over in the migration but i will check tomorrow at work. That should of flagged in my head :)

Same thing here... once I filled in the store address, it worked fine. DOH!
