Bryan,
It seems the payment dll was not compiled with the proper license. What version of BVC5 are you using? |

I tried to checkout before the patch and after the patch and the error still shows.
I don't know why and I brought this to marcus's attention, but my licenese says invalid data under the license version, however it says license appears to be valid above thatin the little bubble. I dont know if that is the problem or not.
This is what i get from my log when i try to checkout too:

and I just got this one a minute ago:

I got that same error and finally got it resolved. I was trying to connect to my link point credit card processor.
Instead of writing all the links to each credit card processor out there, BV has opted to funnel everything through NSoftware. They are basically subing out the CC processor connection.
Link Point is set up as LinkPoint API in BV5. They provided me with a coded pem file to store somewhere on my site. BV and NSoftware require the exact path to this file. You need to get this from your web host. I did not have the exact path so it crashed.
Nick also provided me with another small file (I dont know what it does) to replace one on the site.
All I know is after I put the correct path to the pem file where the admin software told me to, it worked. Just like magic. At least I got one customer through it.
I hope this helps.

Thanks for the information Bob and for taking the time to share this with me. I will forward your posting to my hosting company. Yesterday my hosting company installed the latest PayFlow Pro Com file but I'm still receiving the error message about iBiz. I do not see anything in the documentation other than a small blurb that the PayFlow Pro Com file needs to be installed. Perhaps BV could shed some light on this.
Thanks
Rene'

Problem Fixed. Nick sent me to files to put in my bin folder on the admin side and all is good. Thanks BV for responding so fast. Craig

How does one go about getting the files needed for the bin folder? I am using linkpoint and was getting this at checkout. I resorted to doing the manual thing so the customers don't see the error, but that is a drag.
