Set shipping to $0 (Free Shipping) Shopping Cart shows $1

We have a policy of Free shipping on all furniture. When I set this up under shipping as $0 for entire order, the shopping cart still records $1 shipping. How do I correct? |

Do you have a handling fee set? I can't reproduce this one. |

No, the handling fee is set to $0.00 and the entire order shipping charge is set to $0.00. I still haven't found a solution. tedp attached the following image(s):  shiphandle.jpg (26kb) downloaded 24 time(s).You cannot view/download attachments. Try to login or register. |
