I am trying to setup BV5 in VS.Net 2005 by following Nick's tutorial in the manual but am running into the following problems.
Problem1: I extract the files from BVC501 Patch with Source.zip. I dont see the following folders: BV Commerce Test, Components, BVSoftware.PaypalWebServices.
Problem2: I was able to "Add Existing Project" to BVSoftware.BVC5.Core by opening the BVSoftware.BVC5.Core.vbproj file. When I go to repeat the process for AuthorizeNet, etc. I dont see any *.vbproj files to open.

Patch files only contain the changes from older versions. You will need the full developer pack.

I dont have the Developer Pack in "MY Account" available for download. Marcus emailed me an attachment file which contained only the "BVC501 Patch with Source.zip". Can you please make the entire development pack available to me. Thanks.
