BVC 2004.9 Patch

This is the BVC 2004.9 service pack. Service pack 2004.8 was an unsupported collection of hot fixes but 2004.9 is a fully supported official update for BVC 2004.
Issues Addressed in this pack:
* Updates to shipping rates to better handle "ship separately items"
* Cart cleanup now verifies that order delete was successful before returning items to inventory in "strict" model. Previously an error during order delete could potentially add an item back into inventory more than once.
* WebAppSettings updated to better accomodate UPS default settings
* US Postal Rate Service updated to truncate 9 digit zip codes to 5 as required in some instances
* Multiple Address Page now redirects to shipping so calculations are redone after address changes
* MailServices Updated with payment amount changes and support for more [[ship]] tags
* ProductInfo page updated to use site term for "Site Price" in grid modes
* Fixes a bug in the inventory stock report with variant products
* Updated USPS code for new international postal service names and rates
* Added new Catalog_Product_ListAllProductsCount and Catalog_Products_ListAllProductsPaged methods to Web Services2
Installation Instructions:
1) Make a complete backup of your BVC 2004.7 store.
2) Copy the files included in this patch zip into your store.
3) If you have customized source code you may need to merge and recompile your site.
