We're trying out something new and are publishing the source code to the BV Commerce 5 Import/Export tool as an open source project. If you're looking for some examples of how to use XML Web Services, would like to see how the software works or would like to enhance the functionality take a look.

The project is published at http://www.CodePlex.com/BVC5ImportTool under the Microsoft Reciprocal License.

We use Team Foundation Server so the project files will have TFS source control bindings. If you use Visual Studio you'll most likely want to get the Team Explorer client project so that you can easily checkin/checkout files. I believe the Team Explorer is made available for free on the CodePlex site. There are complete instructions for various source control programs available too.
