Service Pack 5.6 Beta Testing Starts Soon - Use Contact Form to Request Access

A beta of service pack 5.6 will be available in just a few days to those developers who need to test it with their plugins and add-ons. The current scheduled release date is July 28th, 2009. If you need to test out the new functionality and bug fixes with your site please use the contact form here: http://www.bvsoftware.com/company/contact.aspxPlease tell me why you would like access to the beta and what feedback you will be able to return to me. The beta is NOT recommend for production sites or non-developers. It's only a couple of weeks until the final release so unless you really need access to the beta, it's best to wait. What's New In 5.6?
As of today. There are 13 bug fixes. A new shipping method that mixes $ and %. New offer types for free promotional items. Updated PayPal and PayFlow Pro SDK. An enhanced user picker/creator on the admin "new order" screen.
