Can someone help us figure our our shipping charge dilemna? We have a standard shipping rate of $5.95 yet every time someone places an order it comes up as either $1.99 or $10.95, just as an example. We've checked each individual shipping profiles and can find nothing out of the ordinary. Any help is greatly appreciated.
