We have a few customers who, upon returning to our store, simply sign up with another, second profile. Is there a way, in the admin section, to merge these two profiles for the same person, into ONE profile? Help?

No. There is no way to merge profiles in BV5. However, its possible to do with some custom programming. Should be straight forward. Contact me: "support at bayquel dot com" if you want to talk.

You can edit one order and "re-assign" it to another customer in the top, left corner using the username box.

But you will still have a duplicate customer in your user profiles. |

Yes, you can optionally delete one of the customer profiles after assigning all of it's orders to the other one.

Makes sense. Unless you really want to merge 2 different profiles. Probably not so important anyways as long as there is a workaround. |
