Our client requires a way to send a blanket email to customers based on order or shipping status (eg unshipped); having the ability to specify the contents of the blanket email.. I'm not sure if there is a way to accomplish this in BV; but is there a way to export a CSV list of the emails of those customers who have unshipped orders.

I just modified BV's "Customers Who Purchased" report to include email and the date field. I don't know about the shipping status but I imagine that can be included as well.
