Open new browser window when editing/testing - can't find the switch

Just to see what happens, I switched the toggle that either leaves you in the same browser window, or opens a new one when you go to/from admin.
I've got 14 windows open, and counting - I CANNOT find that checkbox. It's driving me nuts! Last time I do THAT!!

Mitch, check under the admin > optiions > site settings > Site Display Settings. Think its under there.
