I get this message when I log into BVadmin:



Your license will expire in 29 days. Please contact BV Software for an updated license.



I already purchased the license and the store.



why am I getting this message?



Do I have to pay for an updated license?



I do not understand this.

You should be able to download a new one from your account.

All initial issues of BVC5 licenses do this, apparently to keep people from using it after getting a refund or chargeback, I think, since then there would be no way to download a new license. Annoying, but I'm sure it's effective.

What if I am developing for a client and when I purchased I used their details they wanted for contact information.



I do not know the user name or password I set up for them. Is there anyway to get this so I can log in and get the new license for my client?



Could you let me know or someone here.



This has me really stressed out.

I'd recommend contacting BV support, if possible, in that case.
