Hi,
i'm getting this error:
Paypal Pro Payment Charge Failed.10002:You do not have permissions to make this API call.
My settings are exactly what it says on the paypal account screen.
How can I debug this?
I've tried stopping and starting the store.
Is there something else i need to do?
I have the paypal option pro. and i've checked it to be in test mode and got that error,
If i select PRODUCTION mode and enter a valid CC, i get a different error, but still not working.
Paypal Pro Payment Charge Failed.10505:This transaction cannot be processed.
HELP!

stupid errors. The situation was the billing address didn't match the code. when in live mode. all good now.
