I am trying to use th import tool and it seems that no matter what I do, it truncated my HTML, leaves out the Meta Tags, and does other annoying things. Is this common?
I did notice that I was trying to import with the SKU under the Bvin column first so that has been fixed. Is it OK to leave this column black? Will BV auto-assign a new Bvin?
Any general suggestions on this tol with be great as I can't figure out why it is not cooperating.

Are you using Microsoft Excel to create your import data? Versions of Excel before Office 2007 had character limits to the text column that could truncate your descriptions.

Yup. I am using office 2008.
I am going to do some more testing but am getting really frustrated with the tool. Does it normally work seamlessly? Are there any quirks i should be aware of?
