I have tried to use this in the back end. It is under Settings>Fraud>. I enter the IP address I want to ban. I did this for my business computer and a friend's computer to check that it works. It does not. The website still fully loads for each computer.
How does the fraud work? How can IP addresses be truly banned? I have had one customer that is not going away and want to get her off of our site.

I am seeing the same issue. I banned an email address for test purposes, but the test order I placed using the banned email sailed right on through! Do I need to report this under the Bug Reports forum?
