For some reason, our order status isn't updating past In Process. What we'd like to do is that once the payment has been authorized, completed, move the Order Status to Ready for Shipping.
I'm not completely clear on how the workflows are working. I've tried adding the 'Change Order Status When Payment Removed' task in the Payment Complete workflow before and after the 'Update Order' task to change it to 'Ready for Shipping', but I'm not seeing any results.
