Help!? Drop shipper notice works when funds are captured but not afterward.

When I get an order and charge the customer, a drop shipper notice sends as it should to the drop-shipper, with only the items they are expected to fulfill. If I ADD items, a new drop-ship email is successfully sent to the Drop-Shipper, but if I REMOVE items, then no email is sent.
If I use the email drop-down menu to send "Drop Shipper Notice" from the order manager for that order, it sends the dropship order to the CUSTOMER instead of the drop-shipper. It also includes ALL of the items in the order, not just the ones from that drop-shipper.
Is this a problem with my "Drop Shipper Notice" template?
Any help on this will be greatly appreciated! |
