Despite reading the documentation and searching the forum, I'm having difficulty finding information on how to change the navigation menus on BV Commerce.

Would someone please describe to me how the menus work?

I'm trying to do this through the gui initially. The menu I'd like to change is called "site menu" -- not sure if this is theme-specific.

Is this something that should be changed via the gui or do I need to directly modify a file.
