Set minimum amount of products for Wholesellers?

Is there a way in the system to set a minimum number of products that a wholeseller must purchase in order to recieve the wholesellers discount?
I know that there is a Volume Discount feature, but it seems to me like it is independent of the user groups like a wholeseller.

There is none. This would be a good candidate for custom development. |
