I have 2 Questions:
1) When an order is placed, I would like to have the fulfillment email sent to two different email addresses. Does anyone know how I can do this?
2) Who inputs the tracking number when an order is to be shipped? And how is this person authorized to access the "tracking number" section of the admin console? Can they be given access only to the "tracking number" section, or do they access the entire admin console as well?

1) Yes you can send out multiple emails through the workflow.
2) This depends on the shipping carrier you choose. If you use UPS within BV's admin, then UPS will automatically enter in the tracking info when you ship the order through the admin. the customer will not log in to the admin. HOWEVER, they will log in to the "My Accounts" portion of the website and be able to track their order through there.
