Hi

I would like to know if its possible to setup gift certificates in BV so that the following requirements are met:

- an administrator is able to assign gift certificates to users in the bv admin section (ie. customers do not need to purchase them)

- the administrator is able specify the gift certificate number that is assigned to each customer

- declining balances are maintained for each gift certificate assigned..

so.. if the customer makes a $20 purchase using an $80 gift certificate - will the gift certificate balance be $60?



Also, how would refunds work on orders placed using a gift certifcate?
