Hello,

Am setting up a BV Commerce with Manual Processing. You guys helped me out on the forum earlier last week to set it up, and it appears to be working with orders.

However, on the back-end admin, we cannot see the CVV code.

Is there a setting I've missed?

You cannot collect the CVV through manual processing -- it's against your merchant agreement and illegal. It can ONLY be captured through electronic capture through a provider, such as Authorize.net or PayFlow.

We aren't allowed to store the CVV code in the database so you can call the customer and ask for it or process without it.
