How the admin see the customers's Leave message?

When a user login in, and in the "Customer Services" page, the user submits a message. And how the Admin see the customer's message?

It is emailed to the admin using the "Contact Page Email Address" setting specified on the Email Addresses page under the Options tab in the admin. |
