During the Payment step of the checkout, a customer can select the Card Type from the drop down menu. However, I cannot seem to find where you can require this field. We have people not making a selection, but their card is processed correctly through the cybersource gateway. Where we have an issue is later, we cannot bring up the card name.
We end up having a number of these and they can be found in the database with:
<DIR>
<DIR>[2]<SPAN lang=EN>
SELECT[/2][2]FROM[/2][2]
where[/2][2] [creditCardType] = ‘< Select A Card Type >’[/2][2]
</DIR></DIR>[/2]
Does anybody have an idea how this can be required or what options we have?
