Forgive me if I am missing something obvious here, but a UPS Rep for one of our clients is asking for the Ready Rate Access code for one of our clients website. Obviously the only item in the admin area is the account number. Does anyone know what on earth he's asking for here?

Here's his description.

UPS Ready Rate Access Code: This field is typically located in the "Help About" section of the UPS Ready vendor's software. This field is case sensitive, so it is recommended that the customer cut-and-paste it from the vendor's application prior to sending to you.
